What happens after I request an account?
FY Express reviews the company, volume, and destinations you submit, then sets account pricing, permissions, and billing terms. You get an e-mail when the account is approved and the Portal tools are enabled.
Is there a contract or minimum volume?
No contract and no minimum volume. Business portal access is reviewed and approved by FY Express before account pricing, labels, billing, and pickup tools are enabled.
Which carriers can you compare?
Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, and DHL, plus freight and drop-off options. We recommend the option that fits each shipment rather than defaulting to one carrier.
How does business billing work?
Approved accounts choose pay per order or month-end invoice billing. No deposit is collected and FY Express does not store card numbers. Final amounts are confirmed before any charge.
Do you handle pickup, or do I drop parcels off?
Both. Approved accounts can schedule carrier pickup where the carrier supports it, or drop off at 4775 Walker Rd Unit-17 in Windsor during business hours.
